Since its introduction, the Flavel Calibre has become one of the most popular inset balanced flue gas fires. This is due to the amazing net efficiency of up to 93.5% combined with a excellent maximum heat output of 3.9kW! There is also the choice of silver or brass finish high quality trim and Grace fret.

If your home does not feature a chimney or flue, the Flavel Calibre is an ideal solution to introduce a highly efficient gas fire that rather than requiring a flue for the fumes to go up, is supplied with a balanced flue pipe and terminal that attached to the back of the fire and vents the fumes horizontally through an external wall.

With a full depth, coal effect fuel bed, the Calibre is a standard 16" model designed to fit into any standard sized gas fire opening. As with all balanced flue gas fires, the Flavel Calibre is glass-fronted.

The LPG model is only available with the manual control option. Natural Gas model is offered in a choice of manual controls (located at the bottom behind fret drawer, or remote control).

For deeper inset installations, an optional balanced flue extension pipe is available (CV-MARLT).
